Early 20th Century Anglo Burmese profusely carved teak revolving bookcase that would accommodate plenty of books. The top has a central floral medallion design surrounded by foliate carving and quartered flower corner pattern. There is a half bullnose shaped edge leading to the panels on the sides are carved with an archer in the top panel and a man holding his beard in the bottom panels repeated on all for sides. Even the tops of the shelves have been carved where the books sit!
In very good condition with some signs of use commensurate with age. One of the panels has a couple of carved leaves missing. We rate this 9.5 out of 10 for condition. Dust is included free of charge!
