Pickup is welcomed instore during opening hours and is the only free shipping option in the checkout of the online shop. If you are choosing free shipping it means it is for store pickup only. If the item is large please call ahead so we can have it ready for collection and help to load it.

If you want to secure your item you can select the free instore pickup shipping option, purchase online and then organise your own transport or obtain a quote from us for a third party courier/removalist post purchase. Please see below for potential guide pricing.

For smaller items we can pack and then send anywhere via Auspost or other appropriate courier. Items are wrapped in bubblewrap, and custom boxed with foam chips. We charge for materials and staff time spent packing so please be aware that Auspost and similar stickers on your package regarding the price of actually sending the item will be less as we have costs involved as well. We do not aim to make any profit on packing and sending, just the associated costs, so please contact us for a quote.

There is a local delivery option in the website checkout for a 30km radius from the shop. The fee is a flat rate of $99 for one item up to a van full of purchases as long as access is reasonable (ie items fit through doorways, few stairs and not long distances carrying on foot). For larger, heavier and more awkward items since the delivery is made by one person help needs to be provided at the destination to assist the delivery driver. If help cannot be provided with larger items please contact us for a quote for an additional person to attend.

We can arrange for quotes both locally and interstate so please contact us. Once you wish to proceed, and are happy with the quoted delivery price, we can provided the carriers details. You deal directly with them, make appropriate arrangements and this reduces any miscommunications as we are not an intermediary. Whilst we may obtain a quote on your behalf, please satisfy yourself as to the carriers suitability before engaging their services, as we are not responsible for your items once they have left the shop.

For deliveries to the Greater Sydney Area, NSW Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong or Blue Mountains the charge is generally $180-$250 depending on size of the item and distance.

For deliveries to Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide the minimum charge is $280 for a single chair or coffee table or equivalent. Usually deliveries to Canberra are around $280-$300. Most deliveries to Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide are $350 for the likes of a 3 seater lounge or table or 6 chairs or equivalent.  As you would expect travelling further from the CBD in those cities the price can increase.
