Refund policy

Refunds are offered on online purchases that we unwittingly misrepresent. We don't accept returns for items on change of mind. We check the condition of all items before they leave the shop. If needed please request insurance to cover against items damaged in transit with your courier/postal service. Should you receive a piece and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. 

If you make an error during the online ordering process, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and gladly exchange the item ordered, with the item you intended to purchase.
